The work presented here provides for the reorganization and improvement of the old presidential palace.

The building is divided into two volumes, the most important one with the double high central lobby, and a side one, where there are presidential offices, the conference hall of the Council of Ministers and the courtroom. Floors are made of polychrome marble, while the walls alternate different types of boiserie.
