The restructuring project of the hotel implies the renovation of the structure and the complete reorganization of the factories and technical areas. The architectural study is turned towards the valorization of the original materials, especially the wood which characterizes the internal structure.

The total area of 5885,00 square meters is composed of two similar bodies: a compound of 46 rooms and the other of 60, joined centrally by a common Hall. There is a banquette hall with a meeting room, a restaurant and a service area where you can find the bar, a business corner, and a toilet. In the larger building there is also the apartment of the director of the structure. Outside the hotel are the technical areas and a swimming pool with a garden.
